Heather Hawes is the Program Director of the Construction Marketing Association where she manages all programs and events. In addition, Heather is Account Director at Construction Marketing Advisors, agency partner to the Association. Prior to these, Hawes has held management roles at a number of marketing agencies for the past 5 years. She is involved in both the Business Marketing Association and American Marketing Association.  Heather earned a BS-Sociology and Minor in Business from the University of Iowa.
